10th Birthday

IMG_0765

10 years ago today this little chap arrived on a snowy aftenoon

We can’t believe it’s 10 years today that Hamish arrived at Springburn.  He has proved to be a great tourist attraction and loved by all the children who come on holiday to the cabins.

Walks around Springburn in October

Walking around Springburn in October.

Capture the colour of the Canadian Maple at its best.  Even Quester the horse and Charlie the Highland bull are enjoying the  sunshine.

Families with well behaved dogs are most welcome to visit Springburn log cabins and enjoy exploring the picturesque walks. Look out for Hamish the donkey, Quester and Paddy the horses and of course Charlie who all like carrots!

If you are lucky you might catch a glimpse of the deer or perhaps the badgers.  There is always some unusual to see at Springburn whether it  be wild flowers or birds of prey.
